Chairman of the Board: Angie Ridings
I am a licensed therapist who specializes in helping people who struggle with addictive behaviors, relationship issues, and resolving trauma. I've been married to my college sweetheart Dan since 1994. Our kids Paige and Cody are such a huge blessing! Passions include raising resilient kids, healthy marriages, and prevention. I am proud to very involved in the community, educating and speaking, helping with non-profits, and spreading hope where ever I can. Outside of my business, Tensegrity Counseling Associates in Edmond, I train church staffs on various mental health issues, teaching locally on the usefulness of EMDR therapy, educating on addiction, and sharing my personal testimony of recovery from alcoholism, having breast cancer in 2014, healing childhood sexual abuse, and losing my brother to his addiction in 2011. I am thrilled to be serving on the board of MyTribe as helping children navigate the stressors of childhood and adolescence is one of my biggest passions!
Ensa Pillow, MD is a blessed wife, mother, surgeon and teacher. She received her degree in mechanical engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and her MD from OU Medical School. She completed her ophthalmology residency from the Dean McGee Eye Institute and currently works as an Associate Clinical Professor with the Department of Ophthalmology at the OKC VA Medical Center.
She was fortunate enough to have met the MyTribe founder K. Michelle Brown through their respective daughters. Ensa was in search of a faith-based program for her 13 yo daughter Katharine that would be enriching, encouraging and empowering. She recognized with abundance of social media influences, an organization that girls can turn to learn how to live a life with healthy mind, body and heart as a foundation is just what she was searching for. She is honored to be a part of this organization.
